Skin Type
Do you know your skin type on the Fitzpatrick Scale? This is what we use to determine the solution that will be perfect for you!

• Type I skin is very fair and pale. It always burns and never tans. People with this skin type often have red or blonde hair, light blue or green eyes, and freckles. They are extremely sun-sensitive.
• Type II skin is fair and light. It usually burns and tans minimally. Individuals may have light-colored eyes and hair and might freckle in the sun. This type is also quite sun-sensitive.
• Type III skin is a medium beige tone. It sometimes burns mildly and gradually tans to a light brown. It’s commonly found in people of Southern European or mixed backgrounds and has a moderate sun response.
• Type IV skin has an olive or light brown tone. It rarely burns and tans easily and deeply. This type is typical among people of Hispanic, Middle Eastern, or some Asian descent.
• Type V skin is dark brown. It very rarely burns and tans very easily. Common among people of African, South Asian, or Latin American descent, this skin type has a high level of natural sun protection but can still experience hyperpigmentation.
• Type VI skin is deeply pigmented dark brown to black. It never burns and is very resistant to sun exposure. This type is typically found among people of African or Afro-Caribbean heritage. Although it is the most sun-resistant, it can still experience dark spots or post-inflammatory pigmentation
